I can't find meego OBS project in the website.

When will meego project OBS be realese? I upload my project to OBS, but speed
is too slow.
and When I compile my project on local OBS,I have download about 50G files, it
is too hard to accept.
But If I compile without OBS, I have to do a lot of work by myself, such as
dependence, managing Version.
So I don't know how can I select.
If you have good suggestion, please tell me as soon as possible. Thanks._______________________________________________
