So... follow up.. just feedback hopefully appreciated. I wrote the image (chromium version ) to a usb thumb drive, booted off of it (I used dd if it matters)
It boots and then just stops. It complains about local host timing out. X doesn't start up. I can get into a login prompt and presume a meego/meego combination which works.. I can get into root try to restart services no go. I presume the moblin-live script is the main startup script..stopped it, restarted no go. My laptop is definitely beefier then the typical netbook but if there's any script/process I could run that generates an error log and submits I'd be happy to.
