I installed kernel-netbook-devel and it seemed to give me the headers now.
Kvm-kmod also compiles now.
Thanks for the pointers.

My /usr/src/kernels is empty. The symlink is pointing to the right place but
there is nothing there anyway.
Why is that so? What package do I need to install?

Thanks,

Mine are in...

/usr/src/kernels/2.6.33.3-11.1-netbook/

You can double check the package install info...

yum info kernel-headers

Make sure this symlink points to the right place...

/lib/modules/2.6.33.3-11.1-netbook/build

Hope the above helps.
