Don't assume an ulterior agenda when something can also be explained by human
nature, like "oh, crap, we forgot about that".
But, more importantly, the quality of help you get is directly proportional to
the quality of the email you post. The moment that you go for "Do you really
consider yourself Open", you're going to get a discussion on openness, not on
the issues you were facing.
