We keep a list of the current mailing lists here: http://meego.com/community/mailing-lists It describes the purpose of each list and attempts to point users and people with general questions to the forums. I've also made a few tweaks to the description for meego-dev to try to encourage people to take their general questions and user questions to the forums. I'll also update the wiki page with a link to the MeeGo mailing list page.
