moblin never used libci; some private branches of it may have come with
libci.
In MeeGo we strongly recommend using gstreamer for the camera; for many
cases this will be plugged to v4l2,
but there are cases where v4l2 is a bit limiting in terms of API... and
hardware vendors may plug directly into gstreamer.
