The latter two are almost the same thing. MADDE is a technology for simpler 
cross-compiling. The difference between a Fremantle MADDE, a Harmattan MADDE or 
a MeeGo MADDE is the sysroot, plus eventually the compiler version.

This depends on what you're trying to compile. If your application can be 
cross-compiled easily, I recommend you try the cross-compilation SDKs (the two 
above).
