For MeeGo 1.0, gnome-bluetooth is only available on netbook repo, IVI duplicates gnome-bluetooth in 1.0 updates to replace bluez-gnome.
Seems that Handset now has no tools like gnome-bluetooth or bluez-gnome to pair bluetooth devices. They might use cmdline tools like simple-agent to function pairing.
