Yup. Add at least that much for each full-time engineer you want to put onto the task. As Senator William Proxmire once observed, "A million here, a million there, and pretty soon, you're talking about _real money_!" I can't say that it seems reasonable to me to expect Intel to fund porting MeeGo onto PowerPC, Sparc, MIPS, or whatever architecture people out there happen to be looking for.
