basic security measure: reduce the attackable surface.

uxlaunch currently doesn't support removing the option. There's a feature request in bugzilla to do so, but it's low priority for me (and frankly, I'd rather rewrite that part of uxlaunch to be more flexible than just the -nolisten tcp being an option).
