Patch escalation: no response for 7 days As per draft code contribution guidelines.
Original merge request was sent on July 15th, 2010 Maintainer pinged and patch asked it to be sent to mailing list on August 2, 2010 Re-pinged on mailing list on 12 august, responded on august 16 last, stating 'asap'. Come on. We can do better than this. For key MeeGo Core packages, I would expect some reasonable response for ARM build fixes in core components hosted within the MeeGo project that take less than 5 minutes to deal with. It leads to the perception there's obstruction against ARM in MeeGo which isn't helping anyone, when we know this isn't the case through our daily work. I've submitted the patch as OBS request 6899 and I expect no resistance to this as I've -really- tried to submit it in the correct manner through first gitorious MR, then mailing list (and reminding again and again).
