official update:
There have been several recent outages (yesterday, this morning) of the OBS build server.
Fortunately we were able to catch the outages pretty quick, and our SA was able to just restart the webserver fixing the issue.
We're aware of the stability issues and have a plan to address these issues going forward, with hopefully some relief in place within a few weeks.
