Hi Loïc

I've implemented auxv support already. I posted yesterday a notice here saying
so.

At this point, I am not interested in supporting processor-feature detection
in other operating systems. It's already supported for Windows CE (Win32 has
API) and Symbian is currently not targetting Neon-enabled devices.

Also, until now, there was no need to do runtime detection since there was no
"standard" ARM build of Qt. Any ARM builds were specially-tailored for a
specific device by the OEM/ODM -- just like ARM doesn't have an instruction
like "cpuid".
