Graphics virtualisation through Xephyr should not be affected. It's just that the CPU will be fully emulated and will run considerably slower on a 32-bit host OS (on a 64-bit OS the impact is much lower). All in all it should run, just slowly. Older versions of qemu supported hardware virtualisation on non-VT cpus (much like vmware) but that is no longer supported.
