Hi,
There are tests conducted to the core part which expects the core API's
to work (http://wiki.meego.com/Quality/CoreTestReports). However only on
N900 the tests are done against actual MeeGo Core image, and for aava,
netbook and MRST tests are done against images that contain
Handset/Netbook UI.
If those tests are conducted with Handset/Netbook UI parts how can we be
sure that UI parts don't fix / break the Core features? Shouldn't it be
enough to have only the MeeGo core (OS Base + Middleware) without UI to
test these core features?
So adding "Meego Core" + "MeeGo X Window System" package groups to the
.ks with hardware support should be enough for core tests?
