I would say if the MeeGo project has a problem with you using the
trademark, you have no choice. That means just following the terms of
the license, which describes what credit the original author expects.

You don't credit every project that produces code in the name or
tag-line of a Linux distribution.

That's someone else's department... if it's free software, I'd be happy
to follow the license. There's a reason why Firefox packaged artwork
separately from the GPL-packaged browser.
