After clicking Ok, you should be able to navigate the call stack and see what's really wrong. Perhaps your toolbar pointer was null or something?
Also, I'm not sure this is an appropriate mailing list. Problem is I don't know what's the right one either since there is no "meego application development" mailing list around.
