So, to create a QSettings API compatible class that would be the
GSettings for Harmattan? Or given QSettings doesn't allow for change
subscription and listening, the MGConfItem is preferable?

I might be actually interested in that, but first would carefully
investigate what this would require and to make sure I could pick up
the missing bits on the go.
