I just tested on my Ubuntu workstation and I can run 'udevadm monitor'
from my regular user.
So, there might be something wrong with 'meego' user permissions or udev
daemon configuration on MeeGo.
I can run `udevadm monitor` here fine as user meego (trunk), so there
appears to be something wrong specifically with the respin that Tomasz
is doing.
