gnome-screensaver -- screensaver "Power & brightness" -- supported settings UI gnome-screensaver-preferences -- unsupported settings UI In addition to the fixed bugs Rob mentioned, you may be seeing DPMS timeouts, a monitor power management feature which we currently do not control but which still has a default timeout value. This is bug 3194 and will probably be in a future update.
