The module for WiFi interface was loaded after connmand was started.
Could it be the cause?
No, ConnMan should be able to detect it once you loaded the module.
No matter when I load the module - ConnMan does not "see" this interface
at all.
Could you please load the module, and then tell me what connmand -d -n tells ?

are you making any progress on bug #8702 ?
it seems to me that this will fix most of the issues being reported
regarding wireless...
