We ask everybody to help keeping http://wiki.meego.com/Devices up to
date. It includes a Handset category.

You might find more experimentation at http://wiki.meego.com/ARM - a
page that also welcomes all the editing love and lists the progress done
with some hardware that might qualify as 'smartphone'.
