You can give the command like this
flasher-3.5 -l -k kernal -b"root=/dev/mmcblk0p1 rootwait console=tty0
console=ttyS2,115200n8 omapfb.vram=0:2M,1:2M,2:2M mtdoops.mtddev=2 nosplash
init=/sbin/bootchartd"
You need to wait a little longer time until the device boots completely
(check it under /var/log/ via ssh).
