Carsten, That google link doesn't confuse at all. At no point is the onus on MeeGo, it is infact always stressed tjat it is an openSUSE effort.
I'm not saying all users are able to use their brain, but the majority will. I know of at least one occaision when a Smeegol user asked for some help on #meego, but it was for a valid reason - he was trying to get information to fix displau issues on Nvidia graphics, which he subsequently fixed and filed a submit request so that all other users can benefit. Try doing that on the closed build system that MeeGo operates ;-) Common sense is all that is required to be applied. I had asked the question about names well in advance of release but no-one was able to provide an answer or a timeline to an answer. -- Sorry for top posting Andrew Wafaa IRC: FunkyPenguin GPG: 0x3A36312F openSUSE: Get It, Discover It, Create It at http://www.opensuse.org On 13 Dec 2010 17:54, "Carsten Munk" <[email protected]> wrote: > 2010/12/13 Andrew Wafaa <[email protected]>: >> This fanatical enforcement of the MeeGo trademark is going to do more >> damage than good.
