Hi , So given we are now introducing a rather open PM process, maybe we can start planning to meet online about this as well (my hunch that they are quite related) ? I would imagine we'd need a representative from each group of stakeholders.
Each representative can communicate his requirements, we pick up the most important or critical ones through consensus or voting and set to define them in the spec. As noted before, my interested is with embodying quality principles into it.
