There is no btrfsck. From the btrfs wiki:
Note that Btrfs does not yet have a fsck tool that can fix errors.

And there's horrible issues with fragmentation:

I have pushed the btrfs guys to fix this stuff time and time again,
they don't seem to be interested on making btrfs usable, just checking
whatever objectives Oracle is setting up.

Anyway, last time I checked ext4 actually worked if you remove the
'large_file' feature.

So much for managers deciding technical stuff (But... btrfs sounds better!).
