The instructions I gave before are for hacking on 
meegotouch-inputmethodkeyboard in a running MeeGo 
installation... which happens to be the easiest way.

If you wish to port it to Debian... that is off-topic for 
this mailing list.

You will need to solve the dependencies by hand, just as you 
would for any other source distribution.  You need to know 
how to use qmake.
