1. Verified that we now have a working 'boardname'
implementation for ARM. Spent time documenting some MeeGo ARM assets.
Took some time to look at the tablet UX underpinnings (I hope these
things will make it into Handset UX too). (Stskeeps, 08:02:46)
2. Also spent time working on the hardfp OBS scheduler issue,
and we seem to be landing on 'armv8el' as name of scheduler, as
armv7hl scheduler name addition is proving more complex than
anticipated. (Stskeeps, 08:03:38)
3. GPS fix but no AGPS yet. maemosec-certman issue on
certificates for supl server. (tkeisala, 08:04:19)
4. Dialer patches are still waiting for policy teams
signature. (ssirkia, 08:08:19)
5. pulseaudio-modules-meego will be renamed as
pulseaudio-modules-n900. (ssirkia, 08:08:30)
6. There is a workaround for the MeeGo handset dialer
ringtone problem BUG 13292. Details in the bug report. (jpeltonen,

7. There is a problem with configuration file merging in
kernel. This results in kernel RPM where some things are missing even
though in OBS everything looks to be in order. This the reason behind
bug 13606 (tukem, 08:11:03)
8. kernel Wlan-bt co-ex seems tricky. No idea what's wrong.

9. kernel next kernel update waiting for xvimagesink issue to
be clarified (ile, 08:12:51)
10. I have debug resource policy and audio routing after new
kernel we have two new problems one is that cgroups module is stuck
because missing kernel conf (that which tukem talk about) and another
is that audio don't swith to headset even route is changed. (kallam,

11. Headset is finally supported in upstream and is coming to
2.6.39 (jhnikula, 08:20:09)
12. Smartreflex is able to get working. OMAP VDD1 and VDD2
voltages are adapting to silicon (voltages gets a bit lower) but
cannot see much power savings. Minor implementation details are under
discussion in upstream (jhnikula, 08:22:00)
13. DVFS patchset version for upstream can scale frequencies
and change is visible also in current consumption (~5 % diff in
battery current when display is on). Drivers needs to have support for
DVFS. At least DSS breaks when frequence is changed (jhnikula,
08:22:41)
14. Camera: gstreamer in Trunk now with pagesize
buffer-alignment build option. (theodor, 08:30:23)
15. Camera: showcase UI obs project 'meegocamera' was made to
depend-install everything still requiring changes to run our version
of qml_camera example (theodor, 08:30:35)
16. Camera: jtanskanen now working to submit qt-mtf changes
(theodor, 08:30:40)
17. Camera: bug 13410 (xvoverlay size limit) seem tricky, we
have verified working .37 builds from git-tree and in obs - but still
do not know what causes the issue. (theodor, 08:30:45)
18. Camera: .37 backport & patches to omap3isp were verified
to fix few of our issues, now examining abilities to improve
raw-sensor quality by manipulating drv defaults. (theodor, 08:30:50)
19. camera ui: Camera API doesn't provide way to set
viewfinder resolution. We are planning to implement support for that,
some API changes are needed for that. We are able to implement support
for camerabin backend only. In case of other backends(S60, custom
gstreamer camera pipeline) the new API calls will be ignored.
