The next 1.1 update release will be on Feb 25th. MeeGo 1.1 Software Update Testing repo is updated on Feb 16.. This is the internal release for 1.1 update 3. It's located at http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/builds/1.1/latest/ which is same as http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/builds/1.1/1.1.2.3.20110216.1.
