Are you specifically trying to access Gerrit for some reason? Or are you just trying to get things set up to work for MeeGo in general?
Also, the jfumg-gerrit1.jf.intel.com doesn't even appear to be up. You may want to look at more recent documentation for Umgsetup or even documentation for your specific platform which appears to be Ubuntu and not MeeGo.
