We should talk about this. We have a process that people are being asked to 
follow for patches that doesn't include merge requests.

If we need to change the process, I'm ok with it, but we need to talk about 
this across the entire meego project and figure out when we want merge requests 
vs. patch submissions.

In this case the gitorious repos are upstream, so we are still following the guidelines. If anything.... I was really just clarifying that there now is an upstream project since unless somebody happen to be watching gitorious, they would have no idea that pushing upstream is an option.
