Run ofono by hand with the -n and -d "*" options to get it to dump all
it's debugging.
Also, what modem are you using? Is it perchance the phonesim modem
simulator? If so, you may have other configuration to do to get it
working (though if you are getting SMS working, so I assume this is not
the problem).

yes. for audio stream case ofono is outputing nothing (it is when i use
system dialer and successfully call a number).
I'm useing MeeGo on N900 with latest testing image of DE Release.

It is my understanding that this is possible, though I have never
tested it. I suggest running oFono in debug mode, and maybe
enabling QDBUS_DEBUG to see what's happening at the endpoint.
$ sudo killall ofonod
$ sudo ofonof -n -d "*"
In another terminal, as meego user:
# export QDBUS_DEBUG=1
#<run your telepathy-ring test>
And then see what oFono reports when you try making a call.
