It is useful functionality for some cases, like a dialer, as you mention.
Anyway, something I do want to emphasise in case it wasn't clear
already: Please do make sure you look at Qt Components and don't
deliberately diverge from them (and in fact - try lessen differences...)
otherwise MeeGo will continue to have no credibility for application
developers trying to target multiple platforms, which would be quite
sad. And you don't want to be responsible for that. :-)
