One technical reason is that libmeegotouch is build on top of the 
QtGraphicsView. As we know, in the future Qt versions the QtGraphicsView will 
be deprecated in the favor of SceneGraph. Further, the QML/SceneGraph/GLES is 
the future in Qt and in MeeGo as well.
