Ah, I didn't know this... In mcompositor case the answer is the same,
though :) The animations are hard-coded (except for durations etc. are
in a config file now), so you need to change the mcompositor code to
customize them. There is also possibility to implement an mcompositor
plugin (MCompositeManagerExtension) that implements the animations.

If you only want to control window transition animation then check
/etc/sysconfig/uxlaunch and play with "session" key-value pair.
I think mutter remains disabled in MeeGo Table.
