I flashed my BIOS and turned the WLAN chip to always on. However, in looking through dmesg it still looks like the only networking drivers in the base 1.1 netbook release are Intel chipsets. So I'll try grabbing some kernel source packages and see if I can't whack in something to get me online. Thanks for all the tips everyone.
