Should we reject the packages submitted to devel: projects ?
e.g. sr from home: to devel:

or the bug requirement should be checked when sumitted to Trunk:Testing?

Reference the root feature requiring the telepathy packages and having them 
updated in the first place.
What feature are you targeting? I guess you are not updating the packages for 
plain fun :-)
