Should probably discuss this in the bug, but even on Ubuntu, when I'm
a user and behind a proxy, I would expect "sudo apt-get install foo"
to work as is.

As well as not having to set up my proxy environment again (set up by
the UX for my current user), when using sudo zypper install, as it'll
get quite annoying :)

What's standard practices of other distributions when it comes to this?
