Pretty much the same team under Elton that maintains all the other MeeGo 
packages.  The thinking is it will be easier to maintain XFCE in MeeGo 1.2 than 
it will be for them to maintain MeegoTouchFramework and QML based meego-ux* and 
meego-app stuff.

This should not have been accepted without an approved FEA, and
definitely not into the update branch.

"switching" to Xfce4, as how this change is characterized in the BMC,
is not the same thing as "Integrating Xfce4, and then switching to
it", which is what this series *actually* does.

Who is going to be the maintainer of the Xfce4 packages?
