Dear all,
I try to write the h5 data files for the output of epsilon and electric
field and after the startup of the simulation, the h5 files for the both are
saved in the harddisk. However, when I use the h5ls command to see the size
of the electric field data, some errors occur:

For the epsilon data, the h5ls command seems working:

eps Dataset {280, 280, 144}

What's the matter and how to solve this? I appreciate your helps very much.
