How setting flux plane in cylinder...

 

I want to obtain spectra in fiber bragg grating

 

so I calculate in cylinderical coordinate 

 

but i difficault in flux shape 

 

Meep example explained only flux box in fiber

that is not good for me.

 

     flux plane 2D (R)                              flux plane 2D  (T)

How setting  flux_plane  in 2D (fiber)
