MEEP does not simulate motion. In MEEP, all objects are fixed, and only
the electromagnetic field can change with time. Therefore, there is no
such thing as mass. You cannot use MEEP to simulate plasma, only immobile
objects. To simulate plasma you require a plasma magnetohydrodynamic
simulation program, which is far more complex and difficult.
