Dear Meep users, I am having a big confusion. Imagine I have a square unit cell and I define a circle in it where half of the circle is out of the unit cell. If I want the structure to be periodic in every direction, I would not specify the PML layers. So then what would happen to the half of the circle which is out of the unit cell: - would it be ignored by meep? - Or meep considers it and repeat it in the neighbourhood cells?!?
