Hi,

I recently built meep on Ubuntu 8.04LTS and an error occurred when I ran
make check (please see the attachment below).
Does anyone have this problem?
Is this a problem with HDF5 (currently using version 1.6.5), and is it
safe to run meep even if this test failed? All other tests were fine.

Thanks and best regards,
Wai
