Sure. I think there's at least two ways to create polygons.
One is, like you said, we could repeatedly use block, made of
dielectrics or air, to create polygon. In this case, you may want to
specify the e1,e2,e3 properties of block.

Another way is, we could directly use the material-function to define an
object of any shape we wish.
