Hi everybody, Just a short question about specifying the material dispersion in MEEP... I got a bit confused by the manual.
On the material dispersion page of the manual, there are two equations: - One as a function of omega and gamma - And one as a function frequency and gamma If I fit the second equation to my complex data...I find a certain value for gamma... Is this the value I specify under (gamma .....) or does this value need to be divided by 2*Pi, as is mentioned under 'material-type' on the reference page? Thanks and best regards, Milan Marell
