Dear meepers and Stenven:
I am now installing meep in my Ubuntu Server 64 bit OS.
Then BLAS and LAPACK have been installed successfully. (I think)
But when I go on to install harminv, mistake occurs.
./configure: error: BLAS library not foud.
I have tried some methods, but I still can not make through it.
The following is information copied form terminal window.

checking for sgemm_ in -lcxml... no
checking for sgemm_ in -ldxml... no
checking for sgemm_ in -lscs... no

configure: error: BLAS library not found
