Hi The configure is looking in your LD Library path for the BLAS and LAPACK libraries. Have you added the BLAS and LAPACK libraries to the LD Library Path? Otherwise try setting setenv LDFLAGS '-L/path/to/lapack/lib64' Then run your configure.
Else edit your /etc/ld.so.conf.d/lapack and add a line like /path/to/lapack/lib64 Then run ldconfig.
