Dear Steven, and meep users,

    I want to calculate the band structure of 2D periodical cylinders. The 
cylinders only have dispersive Mu. I find there are many flat bands which are 
not exist in the results calculated by multiple scattering method. Although I 
change the frequency bandwidth, the resolution, the time step, the results have 
no change. Can someone tell me what happens? The ctl file for calculation is 
attached.  Thanks in advance!
