Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the h5topng utility. When I make a file in MEEP using the append-to-file form in order to have only one .h5 file with all the time slices included in it, then I have problems to use the option -R with the h5topng, while if I generate directly separated files, this problem does not appear.
For that reason I want to know is I am making a mistake, or if the h5topng does not allow to use the -R option with .h5 files generated in the described way. Thank you in advance, Gerardo.
